Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information 72 Hours Studio, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company name.
- Project information: your brief, brand assets, product details, and any business data you share for dashboards or decks.
- Payment details needed to invoice you and match your payment, such as the name and reference on a bank transfer or UPI payment. We don’t collect or store card details.
- Website usage data, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the ad or link that brought you here. Our hosting provider collects some of this for security and performance, and Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect the rest (see “Cookies, analytics and ads” below).
- What you send through our contact form or free-sample form, which our form service (Web3Forms) passes on to our email so we can reply.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver the work you order.
- To send invoices and keep accounting and tax records.
- To send you occasional updates about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying "stop".
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the studio: email and file storage (Google Workspace), messaging (WhatsApp), payment processing, website hosting (Cloudflare), form handling (Web3Forms), website analytics and advertising (Google and Meta), and the AI and design tools we use to produce your work. We share only what each provider needs, and we don't upload sensitive personal data to AI tools.
We may disclose information if required by law or by a valid request from a government authority.
Cookies, analytics and ads
Our website uses Google Analytics to see which pages and ads bring visitors, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people who have visited this site. Both set cookies in your browser. When you send our free-sample form, they record that a form was sent, not what you wrote in it. Google and Meta handle this data under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, or change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
How long we keep it
We keep project files for 12 months after your last order so we can handle revisions and repeat orders, then delete them. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we must keep by law). You can also withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Email hello@72hoursstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use two-factor authentication on our accounts, share files through access-controlled links, and limit access to client data to the people working on your order.
Grievances
For any privacy concern or complaint, contact Hardik Shah at hello@72hoursstudio.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
